Frequently Answered Questions
*All new bookings require a 20% deposit which will be applied towards your service. If you need to reschedule or cancel we ask you notify within 48 hours/2 days to avoid 20% fee.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact me thru email or call the salon directly. These may be found thru my Instagram page or link in my bio salon services. If you DM me i will respond with an email. This helps me keep my business organized. Thank you for understanding.
*Please Arrive to your color appointments with clean and dry hair, no more than 15 minutes early.
*Many color services can take anywhere from 2-6 hours. I will give you an estimate of expected time during our consultation. Hair color shouldn’t be rushed so please be mindful of any scheduling conflicts.
Services include wash and blow out. If you choose to skip any of these the price does not change.
*There is one parking space available behind the salon door indicated by sign. Additional parking is found on Catalina at The Academy Parking lot, or 2 hour parking up front.
